I just added a non-fouler to the secondary 02 sensor bung, and no more CEL. But as for the sniffer test, simply place back on your stock cat before testing. My state only does visual test and OBD II scan. Passed my inspection maybe 2 months ago after having an annoying CEL come and go as it pleased for months before deciding to do the mod. Milltek has a HFC, but those things are $1000 vs the Labree which is $250. So, I basically have a flashed ECU on stock k03s, Milltek Exhaust, and Labree HFC for engine mods as of now
. The Milltek is really good for a turbo up until the GT30xx series. Then a full 3"+ would be the proper route to take.
