after 2 years of having this car im getting a evolution raceworks 3" - 2.5" test pipe. going to hook it up with the foulers installed. here's my question.....will having the o2 sensor that high up, to avoid a CEL, cause the car to run rich due to the fact that it wont detect as much fuel in the exhaust gases? or am i just a retard?

you only want to install the foulers on the rear 02 sensor ( the one behind the cat ).. that tricks the the computer into thinking the cat is still there.... but it does not always work.... you may still get a code. Leave the front 02 in without any fouler.. otherwise your car will not run right because the front 02 is what tells your PCM if the car is running rich or lean.... hope that clarifies it for you

i have my anti fouler installed in my test pipe and my car is doing fine. I've had it for over 2k miles now and it's still working. No issues or anything.

dont take that off.... if you really need to get in there and clean just push it open. it doesn't take much force and you won't hurt it -- it's designed to open.
