    Damaged Exhaust??

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Hey guys,

So we just got a healthy amount of snow and cold up here in Toronto.

I looked at my exhausts today, and I noticed the Right Pipe was completely covered with snow/ice. I had to unclog it with a screwdriver..

I had driven the car with the Right Pipe clogged and didn't notice anything unusual. However, once I did unclog the Right Pipe and started the car, there was no exhaust flow from the Right Pipe.

Is there a problem with the exhaust? Or does the exhaust generally not flow from the Right Pipe on idle with these cars??

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

i dont think anything could have gone wrong in the exhaust.

since theres exhaust splitting from one pipe into two, i doubt you broke anything while it was clogged, theres probably some snow left in there that will need to melt.

    Re: Damaged Exhaust??

    Cool, thanks for the responses.

As many of you guys have mentioned, I believed there was some ice/snow inside the Right pipe that blocked the exhaust. However, it appears that it has melted today and it is fine now.
