lol well i think they're pretty damn nice. except for the center caps. why are they doing that now!!!???

and i've noticed a lot of guys around here can't get past anything that doesn't look like bbs' or rs4's. same old same old. this is different. thats why i like it... it actually kinda reminds me of lambo wheels

thats cause rs4's are the nicest factory rims for any b7, and bbs's are the lightest design around. larger cars can afford to have heavier and different looking shoes. but ours are 2 liter 4 bangers. then you could ask, why does everyone where designer jeans in the oc? try wearing some american eagles and you'll be different

i know. I'm not saying I don't like rs4's or bbs'... actually I love bbs's. But I was more talking about the style of rim. Take the VMR's - they're very similar to some bbs' in design of the face. Because that design seems to attract a lot of us audi guys (me included), but I think this is a great different design.

maybe they give off a unique swirl pattern while in motion. Center cap, with it's daisy/star pattern is kinda ehhh though. Spoke design looks kinda cool. Could use a little more concavity too!

Here is the challenge.

1. Create YOUR OWN design for wheels, photoshop it as best you can onto the cars. you cannot use or steal another company's design or template. Draw it from scratch, just like the Audi designers have to.

2. Let the community vote on which design is best, and draw comparison to the wheels Audi designed.

It may just give you an idea on how difficult the job really is ;)

I agree that it is a tough job, and are these wheels 100% going on the car or was it a prototype?

i also think that the cut and depth of those wheels are hard to portray in a 2d photo, i actually agree with dsq and the op. Aggressive, bold, risky, and those wheels just dont give a !@#$ about what we say..... kinda embodies the spirit of the car really.

im really sorry about this please nobody hate but if theres one area Audi needs to improve on i think its their wheel styles....maybe they should ask BMW to help out ;) lolll idkk just my opinion!
