Cylinder 1 is closest to the front. I would say blown coil.
Easiest way to check for blown coil is to change the ignition coil from cylinder 1 and 2. Scan again and if it moves to cylinder 2 it is the ignition coil. Replace as necessary.
*sometimes, the scanner will still say the misfire is in the same cylinder. If that happens, clear codes, turn off car, start back up, rev till CEL starts to blink again (or if it comes on immedialtely), scan again (sometimes it happens again or it will say misfires in both cylinder 1 and 2. but this is not the case and it is def the ignition coil. upon another scan, it will def say it is the other cylinder), and replace as necessary.
