Need S-line 06 Vin# or S-line Fog lights Part #'s

Ok, so I stopped by my local Audi dealership, to pick up some s-line fogs for my 06 A3 s-line front conversion, and the guy at the parts desk could not find the correct fogs, 3 parts numbers came up for each set (drivers/passenger), I gave him my vin# knowing it wouldnt help since I am not an s-line to begin with. He said I needed to either get the parts numbers or get a vin # from an 06 s-line....

... I say this is BS...

Side note, are the s-line A4 fogs the same as the A3 s-line fogs? Just curious, what other fogs would fit and are the same? Parts #'s for those?

I think they only need either the beginning #'s/letters, or the end #'s/letters, so if you're worried about giving out your vin#, just post like the last 8 or 5, and/or first, I dunno....

none of the OEM part sites carry these?

if not, is there another dealership in your area? Ive run into some pretty retarded parts guys at dealerships.

Well I went into Barrier Audi, and thats where the parts guy told me this, when I called University Audi a few weeks back, pretty much same response. Ive checked tons of online sites for the parts, and can only seem to gather part #'s for the NON-S-LINE fogs, nobody seems to carry the s-line fogs

I'm starting to think they're the same fogs as on B7 A4 s-lines... can anyone confirm?

the #s i posted before didn't help? those were straight from my s-line fogs.

They didn't come up as anything when I did a search, also when I called Audi, didn't show up

Sent a PM to OEMpl.us asking to purchase OEM s-line fogs, as well as the part #s for less confusion. I got a reply stating they do not sell s-line fogs seperate from their packages... even though its an OPTION on the S3 front end... so I guess if you purchase the S3 front and decide against fogs and want them later down the road, you're screwed lol... makes no sense....
