This is usual at s-line grills but i never saw it on audi s3 grill...

its really not any different for the s3...infact the type of car is rather irrelevant

if anything your able to do an actual s6 housing retrofit easier with this bumper, but if not your always able to do the ozium method we have

i say do the latter and follow the entire top of the fog grill for a nice long strip of LEDs

there is special fog lights grill to buy that is made for the s6 led foglight Dont manage to find them now but contact hlmotorsport57 on www.ebay.de
He had them a couple of weeks ago on his page but its gone give him a call CHERRS

this is a s3 bumper retrofit...the s6 grill wouldnt help here

it will be a full custom job, very similar to how nelson (10mpgs4) did his (or seen above in the 3rd pic)
...as i already mentioned, just by looking at the fog grill on an s3, it seems the space is adequate and will accept the s6 housings rather easily with the help of a dremel and custom behind bumper mount

as for the $150 ozium project...why?
your switch and wire cost your $100?

Right Now my car is A3 Sport. But i had ordered the full S3 Body Kit. Last night i am waiting a way to install those leds.. They are really awesome... The other solution is change the S3 body kit to and S-Line Body kit.. Or Oettinger.. But with Oettinger i will have the same problem..

im telling you, youll now have MORE room to fit the OEM s6 housings

^ haha...dude hes just thinking outloud...im not sure hes that familiar with the two bumpers (at least with how the s6 LED housing match up and are able to fit within the fog grill area) as it was posed as more of a cure for this LED mod

I have the Oettinger kit, and the S6 LED lights, they are simply wired to the old marker lights which were removed to install the Oettinger front cap. The original owner did a lousy job mounting the lights to the oettinger cap. I removed them and created mounts using aluminum bars to mount to the bumper. I then added a carbon fiber grille and got black mesh material for it ( not yet in picture ). The LED lights are not particularly bright but they sure do get attention.
