well if he wants to change his color that shouldn't stop him from getting sprint though. But just FYI Sprint blue is also Pearl and it was an RS4 option for the B7 and up i think. Not sure about the B6 RS4....

Did they seriously only make the S4 for B6's?? That's weird... why would they do that? They have a B5 and B7 but no B6? I never actually thought about that, i always just figured they made one. WTF audi?

But anyway, here's Sprint Blue Pearl

You mean RS4? They only make one RS model at a time.

I meant they only made the S4 during the B6 generation, no RS4. And I was surprised that they didn't make the RS4 for B6 since they have a B5 and a B7. I guess my wording wasn't the best.

One at a time? Don't they have a B7 RS4 and C6 RS6? Which would mean they have 2 different RS models out at once? And now they don't have any for the new 2009 models so far except for the R8. At least every time i go to Audi's website they only give S models other than the R8 now.

Sprint Blue did not exist during the B6 tenure...there are several Nogaro Blue A4s (custom color option).

You can order a new car with any color Audi is using during that model year. Costs about $2K extra.

Good to know though. I never thought much of it or bothered to look into it. Will the next RS model skip a generation again like they did with the B6?

with production of the limited edition model slated to end after all 2008 model year units are assembled
Or does this mean they won't be making any in the future?
