Rim Color..?....

I've just purchased new rims, and I'm having trouble deciding on a color.
heres the rims, they were supposed to be 19x9F 19x11R but i opted for a more slammed look. 20x8.5F 20x11R there going on my already blacked out dropped C5 A6 avant thats getting a heart transplant right now.




so right now Im thinking all black, dish and all. but black center with a chrome dish could look great as well. And the last thought would be black center and white dish.. I don't know what to think. help me out!

Trust me I had 19x11's on it about 3 months ago they fit more than fine. I like poke!

haha, most of your guy's posts are amusing. I personally think all black looks sick, and I really don't see it much out here, maybe all you guys from California or a state that actually has a car scene see it too much. I'm not going to do black with a white lip that will just look goofy I think, all black will look too black and will take away all the lines of the wheel. And I really don't think that black with a chrome lip will look cool, but It could, If anyone has a picture of that please post it up! So I guess I'm going to just have them on the car for a bit of time, then decide if I'm gonna paint them or not...

BBS also ruined those rims too I guess since they come from the factory in that color as an option

Look at the track scene in Germany or Italy and you'll find alot of blacked out cars. Dont make the same assumptions from the foundation of its looks, just because you saw you local drug dealer doing it to hide his shady dealings.

i don't think you ruin the car by making it all black, but it is waaaaaaaaaay played out, instead try something new, to me, i don't like having the same shit as everyone else, thats why i have had 5 sets of wheels in the last 6-7 months, i know its an Audi and not a 350Z, but you're putting a LS1 in, so nothing is as crazy as that...so try some black/gray mesh with red/blue lips, trust me, if you get the car low enough and get the wheels spaced out right, there's no way it won't look good, here's some pics. *puts flame suit on*

Frank trust me I like doing crazy shit, and as this is going to be a "show" car (I say that very lightly) having a crazy color combo was my first idea. Blue mirrors, black rims w/ blue lip, and "LSGT1" on the side in that "GT3RS" in blue font you know, as I plan on turbo charging the LS in a year or so... I'm going to go that route I think in a darker blue. What do you think about that? I'm just worried it will look ricey in the end and that I will hate it...

Ha ha.. I did the same thing when I re-did my Daytona a few years ago.. went through tons of color combos.. ended up doing something different (hell.. it was back in '04).

I could never figue out what it was, but yes...you hit it right on the nail. However and to be fair. I did see in the B5 S4 forum a Black S4 with all black (glossy) rims that looked kick ass.

I have to get the car all done before Im going to go forward with this, my mind changes all the damn time on the color combos/wheel combos. These were just shipped out a day ago so I will need to see them before I can really figure out some stuff...
