    having some problems

ok to start off i have a 2000 a6 2.8 and a couple of days ago i noticed that my left rear shock was way down and pretty close to the tire but as i drove a little it lifted back to a normal height so figured it was ok. i was wrong, today i started my drive from mn to vt and along the i started to notice that the car would shake when i took off from the toll booths and then i realized that it only happened in 1st and 2nd gear at about 1/2 throttle, after that it was fine, so i dont know if its the shocks that are bad cause im coming up on 100k or that the car is pretty heavily loaded. any help would be greatly appreciated

There is no real way to fix a clogged catalyst other than replacement. technically they could be removed and drained, but not a real good fix. The worst part is, they are probably clogged because of an underlying problem. Usually caused by a misfire, then unburnt fuel causes the cats to overheat,
