help me plz shift problem video inside!!

I am trying to diagnose my tranny the shift going into 1 n 2nd gear is very hard to get into idk if my shift linkage is binding up some wheir or my 1-2 shift collar is shot. BTw i put my stock shifter back in the car today it feels better then it did. it does not want to come into neutral very easy on 1 and 2 gears all the other gears its fine going into neutral and shifting them the clutch also feels like its disengaging fine but its has a soft pedal.

shift collar for sure.....my car has the same problem, one of the shitty downside's to owning these cars.
