    Turbos goin bye bye ? ?

    Last night I was racing an STI

    After the race driving back home chill, Car is making a Whining Noise/ Wiesel type of noise

    Every time I hit the Throttle, It will make that noise and once I get into boost, it kinda like screams.

    If im not clear, I will make a video but what do you guys think it is ?

    Checked all the hoses and IC hoses everything is good

    Boost guage reading is normal

    Maybe a boost leak? You haven't checked hoses until you pressure test, hoses being tight doesn't meen there's no leak.

    That sounds horrid. To the OP, hopefully it's a boost leak unless your ready to go stage 3.

    That's how mine sounds now, but i've also had alot of leaks from f-hose to TBB and they sound like that as well and after they were fixed it was normal again. That's why i said boost leak.

    although now i have a leak i can't find, but still sounds just like that.

    Thats how loud mine were when I replaced them. The other 2 that were really loud probably should of been replaced months earlier, unless some have experienced them going that loud over night?
    AWE, GIAC, Stasis,KO4s, bla bla bla this is getting a bit ridiculous. I hope it will end soon.
