battey light is always on

Has anyone else had a problem with there battery light?

I have a new alternator, and a new battery, but the battery light is still on. I had to reused alternator pulley, and its the freewheel pulley. Everything seems to working, i dont know what the car got to see to turn off that light.

I cant seem to figures this out, some please help me.

Battery lights come on due to low alternator output, either the alternator is bad or the curcuit running the battery light is shorted to a power source.

Assuming the alternator and pulley are 100% i would look for a short to ground on the thin cable going to the alt

I just got the wiring diagram, so i'll check it out tonight.

I found it, Thanks to eveyone that responded.

I pinch the blue alternator wire when i change my clutch a year ago. But the werid thing is the light only came on now.
