So ya, thanks to the Fine state of NJ lack of properly salting and plowing their streets, i ended up putting my drivers side wheel into a curb going about 20mph.

From the looks of it, seems like a bent control arm and more, and im seriously pissed off. If you were to look at the wheel well, the tire itself is pushed right up next to the firewall fender, with like a **** hair to spare. When i drive it i can hear rubbing, braking works but i know there is damage dealt.

You guys throw out some suggestions on what could be royally f'd up? TIA

    ill have pics up later

    Re: Snow Accident

you wouldnt be able to sue the city forgot exactly what the reason is that prevents you but its been tried MANY times for bend/broken rims due to potholes, accidents just like this....sucks but just not possible

    Re: Snow Accident

it's the drivers responsibility to always drive according to the conditions. rain, sleet, snow, ice.

from an insurance standpoint, that is.

This is why our economy is in the way it is. Everyone resorts to suing whenever anything goes wrong, that they can blame on someone else. You should've slowed down if you were driving in the snow, as snow usually does mean it's slippery. Sucks though, sorry.
