Does someone know how to retrieve a pin?

I purchased a RSNE on Ebay and the pin wont work. The seller wont respond and I'm currently in Mexico. Since Audis here don't come with Nav Systems, Audi dealers here can't help me. Can some one please tell me I still have a way out of this situation? How can i get a new pin?

all you need is the serial number and a few other tid bits of info out of the unit sometime the stick on the side of the unit has everything. And you can call the dealership in the us tell them ur situation and they should be able to get the code for you
