    Re-Gapped my Spark Plugs...........

Well out of curiosity I went in and checked the gap on spark plugs I put in about 6 months ago, and little do you know they were gapped at like .040 (when they were supposed to be pre-gapped for my car at .032), they are Denso Iridiums by the way. On the first coil pack I kinda broke the locking tab (pictured below) but it didn't fall out, it's just loose. Is there any way to change the the front part without changing the whole wire? I thought the car was smooth before, but I see a big difference now especially at idle. I guess this was a lesson I had to learn the hard way, always check the gap of the spark plug even though they are supposed to be pre-gapped.

Yeah man, you always have to check. I have faced like 5 people locally that couldn't understand where their misfire was coming from. It can be from something stupid, like someone dropped the box they came in and they got bent. Regardless, I just learned to check them.

Too bad it's snowing today so I can't really test it out. I'll try tomorrow.

So does anyone know about the coil pack connector? Can I just change the connector without changing the wire?
