my light for my oil temp went out a few weeks ago and still works but i guess the bulb went out. So when its dark i have to check it by putting my phone or light up to it real quick. Just because i like knowing where all my gauges are at.

im not really the kind of person to jump into tearing apart a dash, esp on an audi but i wanted to know how hard of a fix is this? should i go ahead and replace all the other lights while im at it since they to will prob go out?

how much would a shop charge me for something like this?

getting the cluster out isn't very hard at all... The trim right below the clock adjustment and display knobs unclips to reveal two torx screws. Remove the screws and finagle the cluster out. The should be two, maybe three harnesses running to the cluster, if there is enough slack you may be able to access the bulb without unplugging them.

I like to put some painters tape down on the top of the steering shroud to keep it from getting scratched by the bottom of the cluster.
