    help

I started my car today and was in a real big hurry so I didn't let it warm up fully. Which I now wish I did. As soon as I left the parking lot and hit the gas the car felt like it missed. I noticed I was getting about 5lbs of boost not the normal 21lbs that I normally get. I got home and checked and it looks like all the lines are still attached and I vag'd it and it's not pulling any codes except 1 which told me I was running a little lean on bank 1. Anybody have any ideas?

    Re: help

it's acting fine now because I unplugged the maf. If i put the maf back in then it will sputter all over the place.

    Re: help

Double check for a boost/vacuum leak. If none are found, replace the MAF.

    Re: help

that's a vac leak for sure, and has nothing to do with your lack of allowing the car to warm up before boosting

    Re: help

Thanks guys I'm looking into it. I'll let you know. You still think it's a boost leak even if I unplug the maf and it starts to run fine.

    Re: help

Yes. Start the car, and while the engine is running, wiggle all visible vaccum hoses/lines. When the idle starts to dip you know you found the leaky hose.
