Anyone in Charleston willing to take a look at a car for me $$ for you

The car is located at McDaniels Audi. There is a Nogaro B5 S4 that was taken there when the timing belt failed on a road-trip and is now being sold as is. I would be paying to have the car shipped but would like someone to check it out and take a few pictures for me! The owner does not live in SC and I just want to make sure the story and car is legitimate. If you could ask the dealer how they acquired the car that would be great!
