so i get my car back tonight after them having it for a week and a half only to find out that when i go into tiptronic, it wont shift up. this freakin sucks, now i have to go back and wait another week! well, guess ill have to drive the smart car for a while

i hate that feeling... all excited because you're finally getting your car back and Bang! your heart drops out because its FUBAR all over again.

as for the Smart Car, sure it's "smart" with it's great gas mileage. but turns out its not so smart after all when you end up splattered on the grille of an 18 wheeler because its so damn small he can't even see you. be careful in that thing man, its more dangerous than playing with a hair dryer in a bath tub.

Town Motors in Englewood. Had to fix the "transmission gate" in their words because the button on the shifter wouldnt release all the way, so I couldnt turn the car off until I hit the shifter a couple of times.

After seeing it crash-tested at 70 mph when smashing into a concrete wall, I am not that convinced....for example, getting into a head-on collision at 35 mph with another car going 35 mph is essentially the same amount of force. I will never, ever have a car that small, EVER. At 6 foot 1 inch, my legs would've been mangled in either car from the video.
