Tech question: VAG related, not Audi specific

I got to wondering: did VW come up with a new version of the 2.0T? I've started seeing merchandise labelled for the "new" 2.0 TSI instead of our 2.0T FSI...

I know Audi has a whole new 2.0T in the B8 A4, with similar power & way more torque, but the figures for the "new" engine in Jettas, Rabbits & Passats are the same as for the FSI mill. What are the differences?

I think the 2.0 TSI is similar to the 2.0TFSI engine used in the B7 A4 for example. Both puts out 200 hp and 207 lb-ft of torque.

The new 2.0TFSI engine that is being used in the B8 has been redesigned as it has a lot more torque (due to the valvelift), less noise and vibration and better mileage/emissions.
