VF Engineering are proud to introduce our RSS-20 kit for you Audi A3 or S3! We have been testing for over a year now on both in house cars and international dealers cars with much success.

Specs on this kit are:
RSS-20 kit includes:
- GT2871 Garrett Turbo Compatible with 6spd/DSG
- VF cast split cavity exhaust manifold
- Gaskets and high tensile studs and hardware
- Goodrich proprietary oil / water lines with heat shielding
- VF custom exhaust adapter plate with gaskets and studs
- VF short ram CAI with filter and MAF heat shield
- VF stainless support bracket with lateral support
- VF billet race bypass valve
- Autotech highflow fuel pump
- Hitachi highflow fuel injectors (6ms@11:1 afr)
- GIAC recalibrated ECU for pump/race/valet/kill modes
- Optional GIAC Flashloader handheld for switching software modes
- GIAC speed limiter removed and raised 7300 rpm limiter (6spd)
- GIAC recalibrated MFA MPG counter

Indeed our RS/S-20 Audi TT2 DSG Demo car is a fact and working perfectly.

We installed the 100% bolt-on turbo upgrade RS/S-20 from VF-Engineering.
In order to complete the upgrade we also installed a Forge I/C and Milltek turbo-back exhaust.
18 hours were enough to install everything.

The ECU recalibration was made from G.I.A.C.

After the massive power increase we upgrade the brakes by installing the D2 356mm 8pistons kit.

Finally in order to make it look good we installed the R8 look body kit from Rieger.

Everything went according to VF’s plan and after flashing the ECU the only thing remained was to start the ignition and go for a ride…and so we did!
We have made 5000+ km till now in almost race driving conditions and the only thing we need to do every day is just…fill the tank!
