so my passengers window is all F'ed up.. i roll it down it makes a noise, tries to roll its self back up, makes a noise goes down, up etc... it took me 10 min to close it...

so my question is.. with my car being chipped, DV etc.. if i bring it in to get it fixed under warrenty, will they make a note that my car is modded and then void my warrenty later down the road if something happens.. i just want to get this fixed quick and not have to go in and make my car appear stock ...especially since its freezing out..

They cannot void your entire warranty b/c you modified your suspension, chip. They can only refuse warranty to those modified components. Your window wouldn't have anything to do with a chip, etc. so you should be fine. A lawyer can confirm this. This came up all the time in my previous car life with Land Rovers.
