Im going to the track on saturday and I want to know what times am I looking for?
Im a 2.0T Quattro Tip with cat-back straight pipe exhaust and a dv.

no chip? what size and weight wheels? what kind or tires? temperature? I'd say add some air to the tires too

dont use your fancy wheels to track, you will not be happy with performance with them (unless you have performance tires)

they closed the track cause it was too windy. I went to Fontana.
Actually my wheels right now are Axis and they are lighter then my stock wheels so I'm guessing there better. Also im quattro, why should I be worried about good tires, there is no way ill be burning out.
Also we were at Fontana it a 1/4 mile drag strip...

You're not chipped, it's tip, and you're probably new to racing the A4. You'll probably hit a low 15.

anyone could throw out a number and since you are new to dragging you could easily believe it. but the fact is that since you ARE new to dragging its practically impossible for anyone to predict what you can expect. you're car my be capable of low 13's, but just like phrost says, i bet low 15's as well.

Yes, but the A4 is not capable of low 13's at all unless you do some major mods. I have most of the basic bolt-on mods everyone else has, and I can hit a very high 13 at best. Everyone can remember when they first got chipped how much faster their car felt, and OP is not chipped right now.

It does show a 14.5 for a completely stock A4, but I find that kind of hard to believe.
