I'm worried it'll be too much with the S4 blades. I mean this silver avant has them and they look ok...

I would be sporting them with the USP front and cupra.

ditch the blades it looks odd , the side skirt protrudes outwards already. if you must then consider the USP side skirts it sticks out a lot less

Seen it in person and I don't really care for it.

It adds more shadows and lines in a section where it is busy enough already.

I'm trying to get rid of as many lines on the car as possible.

That's the thing. If i get these skirts, then i would consider going back to flat blades... I haven't seen them in person like Winston has but I would agree the S4 blades with these skirts are a bit busy.

Looks like you attached a silver 2x4 on the side of your car. Doesn't match the lines at all. I'd take stock look over that.

pay 200 for skirts, buy flat blades for 100, 300 for molding work and paint.
