Depends on the insurance. My insurance doesn't cover glass for some reason. Only found that out after I changed my wiper blades and the wiper arm slammed down onto the glass and made a nice crack. If yours covers glass then you should be fine.

id have to check if state farm(my insurance) covers windows. Even if they did there is a $500 deductable. I hear if you claim insurance on something then your monthly payment goes up. I dont want this to happen.
