I recently had both of my ballast replaced at a dealer when I was living in NY. Now that I am in NC I see that they didn't adjust them when they put everthing back together. The drivers side one doesnt adjust low enough manually and starts from an upward angle from the drivers side and levels out. The passengers side is level enough, but when you start the car with the lights on it auto levels much lower that the drivers side. It almost goes to the ground. I would think that they just need to be vagged, but I dont have the means to do that. Is there someone in the Fayetteville NC area that might be able to help?
