Curbed a rim. What should I do?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I managed to seriously curb one of my rims today. I am pretty bummed and can't decide whether I should replace the damaged rim or order a set of 18" RS4 reps. What do you guys think?

    These are the current set:

    Current: 2019 B9 A4 Quattro
    Former: 2016 8V A3 Quattro, 2011 Mk6 GTI DSG 4-door, 2005.5 B7 A4 2.0T FWD CVT

Call up Todd Rustin at alloy wheel repair? I think that's what it's called. I'll try and get a number but he does aesome work and he's mobile

That sucks! The RS4 Reps would look sick on your car though! I guess it depends on how much money you wanna spend.

Re: Curbed a rim. What should I do?

Got shipping quotes from a couple of the replica companies. It'd be and extra $220 for one company and $180 for the other, on top of the cost for the rims. I gotta figure it out. I do want to change the look, but don't have the capital at the moment.

Here are some pics of the damage. Excuse the blurriness, forgot the change the settings on the camera:

Re: Curbed a rim. What should I do?

hehe, nope, just got distracted... wasn't even drunk. I'm always surprised how well I park when I'm wasted. This was yesterday, in the middle of the day, sober as a preacher. I could try and blame it on the dead-lifts at the gym, but I doubt that, based on the fact that I am freakishly weak at the moment.

Todd Ruston's number - 391-8633 - should be around $100. There's a bit of a wait for him, as he's booked up for like weeks without end.
    Bone stock 2002 S4 driver...well ok...a few mods.
