So basically this was my day:

Get to school and some douchbag redneck with a big custom modded truck, and a marlboro banner in the back window, taking two parking spots getting out of his truck. I call him a ****** for doing that and he says his brother (younger by 2 years, Im in high school, a senior) could kick my ass. I say he probably could but that doesn't excuse his ******ry. Nothing more comes of it, life goes on as normal.

Get back from lunch and am walking in when I see some kids walking about 20 feet away from my car, towards the school ( one of them the kids brother) . Then one of them is like, "dude there he is" whispering, and he looks over real quick and keeps walking. I look at my car and nothing is done to it, ( looked from a distance ). So after school I go to get in my car, and on the far side, the drivers side I couldn't see, a huge key mark down the side. Luckily one of the kids that was with him used to be friends with me a long time ago and saw, but he hasn't been talked to yet. I went to the school cop ( dont know if it would have been better to go to our local station ) and he will interview some of the kids I saw with him. He will probably get in trouble but I hope to press charges or at least make him pay for it. What should I do? (dont say kick his ass, I would obviously end his life if I could get away with it)

seriously what till the end of year, find out where this kid lives, and at 2 am go to his house flatten all his tires (remove his valve stems his so dumb he'll probably get new tires after trying to re-fill them) and not only key the fuck out of his car but throw paint remover on it then sneak of into the night. remember park a block or 2 away and wear all black make sure you cover your hair color as well. Dont ask me how I know how to do this so well, you get the point.

Thats BS, I hate that fucking crap. My shit got keyed by some sophmore kid who wanted to fight me at the beginning of my junior, and I told him to fuck off cause Im 6'3, and hes 5'8, and a real big puss, all talk kind of punk. Would have been a slaughter if he would fight without 50 friends. Anyways, came out after school, and found a nasty scratch on my drivers door, the som bitch goes to tech and leaves at 10:30. But... security guard saw it. Got a check from his parents to repaint the door, didnt, put it into exhaust, lol. Well, its no where near as bad as yours, Il find a pic of it. Good luck, hope you get it fixed! And now in my senior year as well, nothing has happened since. However, I did get rear ended by a junior riding the bike home... but thats another story.

And a prank, dont want to really mess his shit up, but for good measure, dump a quart or two of twocycle oil in his gas tank. Itl scare the shit out of him...(OMG, it keeps burning oil!!!!!!)

This kid fucked with one of my other friends car last year, putting some squished up squirrels he shot on it and making it bloody, he was going to get expelled but my friend gave him a second chance, changing schools in a small town where I come from is a big deal. I wish he hadn't have given a second chance, but I doubt the kid that did this will be going to school here anymore.

Been there man.. my car was parked behind my house and likely some punk ass kid walking home from school thought it would be a good idea to scratch the shit out of my drivers side with a rock. I don't have pictures but it went from the front fender, through both doors to the rear quarter panel. I never found out who it was. Probably a good thing because if I saw some kid fucking with my car I don't know if I'd be able to hold back.

Legal action is your best choice.. don't stoop to his level. Even though I probably wouldn't be saying that if it were my car.
