G3 Supercharged A4 Dyno'ed

I went to DSG this morning to dyno my car. running stock 16" wheels with meth spraying

Dyno was Dyno Dynamics. Did 3 pulls and the result is

236.1 AWHP. @9psi. 24.5 degree of timing at WOT

I don't know the Torque number yet. I picked up exactly 100awhp before I did all the following mods beloew.

my setup: PES G3 SC, built bottom end, water/meth, Siemens Deka 60 Lb. Injectors, 2Bennett Oil Cooler, 040 Fuel Pump. BKR7E plugs. 2.8 Supersprint headers, cat-less downpipes, Borla exhaust. 517 transmission built TC and VB. can't think of anything else.

Most importantly, the tune is developed by Greg@ssptuning. I will never worry that I may blow up my engine again. just need some adjustments for normal driving by him then the car will be perfect.

the car was screaming on the dyno and I inhaled some of the exhaust gases which made me feel like shit. lol

yes, Pump 93 + meth(I mix my own juice, -20 below + Heet fuel additive)

I will know the torque # when I see the chart again. the curve is nice and progressive(a little dip around 4000-4400RPM iirc). you will see everything later when I upload the videos and stuff...

There is no curve, i bet its straight line, it hits peak boost very early.

umm I don't know. I can turn up the boost and let Greg adjust the tune. However, over 13psi the blower will generate too much heat that it will not be efficient anymore. find some kind of cooling solution is hard.

I looked into FMIC or DSMIC but they are not useful to the 3.0. a cooler charger can be put between the blower and the intake manifold, but that will be too expensive.

to be honest, I seriously don't know what to do. I just want to keep it like this for now and drive it. I want a 6speed though

I did order a 2.8 pulley from pulley boys but it gave me less boost than the pulley I had. Greg told me that the 2.8 pulley is a 3.15 pulley. I just gave up messing around.

yea, I went to 9.0:1 compression.
my compression test was 160 on all 5 cylinders and 150 for the other. the engine is healthy

Why are they not useful? Due to the design of the S/C inlet and outlet? I'll look at my buddy's 2.8 PES unit tomorrow to refresh my memory.

to be honest I forgot the explanation. I ask'ed Mike Hood about this and he gave me the explanation but that was 1 year ago.
besides, I don't think I can use a FMIC now since the oil cooler is sitting right in front of the radiator. maybe DSMIC.

Gotcha. I was coming to that conclusion after I posted but my mind is thinking of (and doing) 50 different things right now. Hard to keep track sometimes.

besides, with water-methanol spraying through the charger there isn't really any need for an intercooler.

that's what i was figuring^.

you should be good to push that thing to ~15psi with a good 50/50 mix of WM spraying. that timing might be a little agressive though. so good to find a medium between boost and timing for the max powa!

That's alot of injector for your power levels. Especially with 6 cylinders. At about 400WHP on my car, I'm still only at 70% duty cycle. Any reason you didn't go smaller with say, 440s?

Yes, however David has a fuel pump (drop in) available that can support 900AWHP on the B6.
