Pic Request - Milltek Exhaust & Questions!

Based on what I have read here the only real way to increase the performance on our V8s is to do the following:

    1. Install Piggies / DPs (pre-cat removed)
    2. Catback Exhaust
    3. Chip (at the end.. to tie it all together)

So I am considering my options and I have determined most of the exhaust systems available look too rice (can look), or they sit too low under the rear valence, poke out too much, etc... I want something that has really beefy pipes yet still has clean stock look to it...

The Milltek catback looks the best and seems to have better fitment based on the very few pics I have actually seen... I would assume (again based on what I read) that I need the RESONATED version because I have tiptronic, and it sounds relatively quiet until you add the DP's which will then make it sound like an Aston Martin... Anyone have any experience with the Milltek DP and Resonated catback combo??? (Yes, yes, I know the vast piggies are cheaper)

On Millteks site they show good pics of the exhaust on a Euro B7 S4 Avant, however I have a B7 sedan... Anyone have a few pics different angles of the exhaust on their B7 non-dtm sedan???

    Thanks!!!

That's adjustable. You can control how far they go up/down/in/out.

Sebring tips that come on FI catback have a really nice clean look.

If you want the "beefy pipes and still stock look to it" I would deffinatly go with the Corsa cat-back system. Best looking and best sounding IMO

How's that...??? Catbacks usually just utilize bolts and fixed rubber hangers?

Pics of the catback you mention?

I had an APR setup on my USP. That bumper is shorter than the regular A4's. I had a custom shop cut a few inches off and put it almost flush. I assume the same can be done if your exhaust sticks out. It does not affect the welds or anything like that since they are sleeved anyway.

On my cab, the Milltek sticks out a little more than I'd like, but not worth it for an inch. I also had an S4 sedan and the Milltek looked perfect with no mods.

I love my AWE exhaust. I've heard that Milltek resonated is pretty quite. I think my AWE resonated sounds perfect, not too loud but definitely noticeable.

    Here are some different angles.

I know the OP wanted Milltek, but it seems as though the topic has evolved to what looks/performs best. Here is a Labree setup. I think that the look of these is pretty damn good. Big enough, still resembles the stock appearance and they are the perfect sound for my taste (absolutely no drone at all).

Thanks... that does appear pretty stock... do they make a matching set of DP's? Any more pics, I'd love to see it from a few more angles... Thanks!
