Ghost ride the whip

New member here, been lurking around for a while just reading up on a4's. so far have learned a lot. thought i'd post some pics of some of my recent cars. sorry for some of the poor quality pics, its all i have and used camera phones.

My old 1.8t GTI. this car is what made me fall in love with vw/audi. had all the usual upgrades GIAC X+, forge TIP, carbonio CAI, Milltek turbo back, N75, greddy diverter valve, KONI coils, upgraded clutch and flywheel, 5m/t, yadda yadda.


Sold the GTI to my brother (which he still has and is still being modded) and got this. it was bone stock, black leather interior 6m/t fully loaded with nav and all the junk. It was a fun car for a little while but i got sick of it...these cars are NOT as fast as people make them out to be.


Just recently sold the G and found this puppy about a week ago, been loving it ever since. its a 05.5 a4. silver on black. 6m/t, cold weather package. so far got the audi ring all weather mats, 35% tints and 6000k HIDs. many more mods to come but with me going back to school it'll be tough affording it all.

yea the suspension is alright...just looks funny in the picture cause of the angle i took it from, shadowing, car is on a hill and crappy cell phone pic, i am however taking it to audi cause of a squeeky belt...sounds like the squeeky is coming from the alternator? oh well still under warranty for now

I called from Northampton and was asking about how the G35 does in the winter. I never came out to look at the G35 (sorry), I decided against the car entirely because I wanted AWD. Looks like we went the same direction! :)

honestly id take a a4 over a g35, they are built much better imo...that and owning a g35 in new england just isnt practical, i couldnt move that hog in the snow nevermind drive it

Yeah I was planning on doing some mods, then my roommate decided to lose his mind on new years and get himself thrown in jail for (potentially) the next 10 years. I don't know if you heard the news about the guy who almost killed a cop w. a hammer in Northampton..

so now all the bills are mine for a while, YES!

But yeah I WAS planning on:
S-line conversion, APR Stg 2+, debadge to just the "//A logo" & "Quattro" that someone's making here, then tint, and then re-evaluate :) Now things have shifted around a bit .. probably won't be starting until spring now.

and regarding the G35.. if you live somewhere warm with no snow and good roads, go with the G35 coupe. If you're looking at anything w. AWD like the G35X, keep your A4.

wow sorry to hear man, hopefully u find a different roomate and u can start modding that thing, wont be easy for me cause ill be in school. maybe we'll see eachother at some meets around here if they ever happen
