AUDI Navigation Plus

Hey all, Happy New Year...

I'm not familiar with AUDI Nav Plus. It looks like I'll be getting it on the 2005 AUDI I'm picking up.

I see from the pics of the car's interior there is a button that read "CD/TV"

Does that mean you can view DVD movies with it?

I could be mistaken but I think only the euro versions of the RNS-E had the CD/TV button. Previous owner must have installed it. Check the glove box, is there a dvd player in the glove box?

When I get the car I will look for it...

So would that be the tell tale, DVD in Glove Box?

CD/TV is the Euro version RNS-E. Its just a difference in button appearance between the two units.

You can play DVDs with the RNS-E if you have the multimedia adapter. This is someone you can add onto the RNS-E if the car isnt already equipped with it, which i doubt it is.

The only one I saw that could play DVD's had a separate DVD player. The fella said he couldn't play them on the unit it self.

Its great looking tho. I really want one
