My silver hood has a 6mm x 2mm scratch on the top - if I didn't think that would scare you away I would seriously consider having you take a look at it. Parked downtown all day during the week. Recently Plasti Dip'd the grill trim.

nope - nothing else wrong - has the full padding underneath, etc. The scratch is noticeable though - I'll take some pics if you're interested.

Does your hood require latches?

I think that a black hood and black roof will be a bit much on a silver car. I would rather just have a black roof.

Josh got it. But now my hood doesn't close. My hood latch isn't locking with the lock on the core support. I'm so confused about that. Oh well. I let my body shop worry about it when I get my black roof! yay!!!!

That happened to me once - it was like the hood was slamming down on the latch - like the latch wasn't "moving over" to accept the part from the hood. I think I just wiggled the hood release a bunch of times to correct it somehow.

We were messing with it for like 30min, trying all sorts of things, I moved the hood back some...and then forward, but did nothing.

I still cant figure out why it wouldnt close and yea we literally looked at it for awhile and tried to adjust etc. I was able to get my grill to clear the intercooler with the CF just had to snip off some plastic, thanks again man!
