Do you have 19" SSR GT3's? Did you need spacers? Pics?

Topic pretty much states it ... last summer I ran the 19" SSR GT3's /w no spacer on my car .. and after a couple months turns out with hard cornering the control arm was ripping a hole in the side wall. TireRack recommeneds a 5mm spacer...

However, if memory serves me right.. and the one pic I have of the car... the wheels sit pretty flush as it is ... does anyone else run this wheel and have a picture with spacers on it?

I'm afraid of how much the wheel will poke out with a 5mm spacer.

Might have to sell these and find a set of OZ's or something.

The front lip is from a Seat leon CUPRA R 2003 or something.

This just seems like en excuse to go widebody... :D

Why don't you just roll the fenders? That's should do it. :)

5mm = 0.196850394 inches. You probly won't notice too much of a difference

lol.. shit i wonder if that'll even be enough to rid me of the control arm tearing into the sidewall

You can roll your fenders pretty far on these cars, my old fenders were pulled hard (2-3 inches). I ran 19x9.5s with 25mm spacers in back. The shitty part about rolling the fenders is paint cracking. With an 8 year old car your paint will probably crack, even if you take your time to heat it up.
