    Caution!!! LM content

I couldnt help it!!! I had to buy another set of wheels. Well I guess that isnt a bad thing, but the checking account certainly is feeling it. These LM's will not go on right away. I will disassemble them and the outer lip portions will be sent out for refinishing.

There certainly are pros and cons of running the BBS'. They are not light at all. These are authentic and still tip the scales at 25lbs. 5 pounds heavier than my OZ UL's. Such beauties though. It looks like Im really following in Toolow2.0t's footsteps now huh?

    Thanks for the hookup Steven.

There is a time and place for black wheels. As you can see by the photos, I own a set. But taking such a beautiful work of art and striping all the detail and character out of it by going black. Now I think that is ftl

Yeah, they need a little tlc. If you saw what some lunatic did to all the lug hole surrounds (probably with an out of control impact gun) you would cry.

Did you notice a difference in acceleration when you went from the stock wheel to the OZ's?

    Re: Caution!!! LM content

Pretty much everything got better with the lighter wheel/tire combo.

Acceleration was quicker. Steering became more sensitive, and controlled. One of the biggest improvements seemed to be in ride quality. The Stasis c/o's had a harder time controlling the heavier wheels. The better soak up of uneven payment and bad roads became much more noticeable with the lighter weight combo. Just felt like the suspension had a faster recovery time.

As far as my stasis c/o's go though, I think Ive just about outgrown them. It would be nice to have something with damping/rebound adjustability in seconds, not hours.

^^ Do not do this. Changing those wheels would be a crime.

Can't beat a clean set of LM's. Nice pick up.

I love BBS LM rims. BBS CH's are my first choice, but LM's are a very close second. Although the new LM-R's do look really good on coupes too...

Yes! Im thinking about going with pss9's or another upper mid level coilover that has nice easy adjustability. Nothing that's going to break the bank though.

Yes. I first pm'd him weeks ago. Then finally decided to pick them up last night. I'm really surprised these did not sell sooner. Were you the one that was asking him about the spare?

On a side note. If anyone wants a set of brand new 0 miles Toyo T1R 245 35 19 I will be putting them up for grabs in the classifieds. I just happen to have two sets of these exact tires now.

LM's will never get old. They always look great on pretty much any car. I definately want to pick up a set sometime. Very nice collection you've started there.

Beautiful wheels but LMs are kinda heavy. One way you shave some weight on these is to use titanium fasteners instead of the stainless steel ones.
