    Yay! I'm excited!

I just bought Siemens 380cc Fuel injectors from manhertm. Going APR 1+. I saw the write up on how to install the fuel injectors, but from what I understand it requires an adaptor, which he is sending with the injectors. Are these simple to install?
    Thanks
And thanks again manhertm on the great price!

15-20 min is it... not hard.. he's prob sending you spacers for the fuel rail since the siemens injectors are a bit longer than factory... the spacers are for the bolts that hold on the fuel rail... enjoy the 1+. .i kno i do!

    Re: Yay! I'm excited!

The only thing I'd watch for to is the injector o-rings. I had to replace mine when putting in the TT225 injectors. The install was very easy, but I noticed some fuel seeping out after the install so I replaced all of the o-rings.

Also, make sure you don't drop one of the fuel rail bolts into the engine bay. It'll be a b*tch to find and get out.

APR, ECS, and my tuner don't recommend those for APR - let me know how they do. I'm curious to hear if it's true or not (idling issues, etc.).

I find that genesis are better because of the dual cone spray, but thats just my 2 cents..also with apr, the tt225 injectors seem to be the best for there software...

it is true in experience, but is only for 2002 model b6 a4. i had the genesis and it was throwing codes for being lean so my tuner reimbursed me for the genesis and i just purchased the apr/tt 225 injectors and everything was good since then.

    Re: Yay! I'm excited!

I heard the same about the 02 model having idling issues. Even though the Siemens are 380cc and the TT's are 386cc. I still haven't had any issues on my 04. Let us know how it goes.
