should i go for a plastic or aluminum set? what are the pros and cons if any

Aluminum are more durable if you are going to the track or if you will be changing wheels frequently. Plastic is better if wheel will stay on for long periods of time as aluminum may corrode and "stick" to the hubs on occasion.
