Siemens Dekka 630cc Injectors - Quick Question

Hello All,

Wondering, Do these bolt into a B6 AMB motor? Or do I need spacers?

Putting these in today after work :D

Please help a BT owner out

I'm starting to believe I need spacers.

Anyone know of the length of spacer required, or all of the dimensions?

I will cut them today at lunch.

i dont think spacers are needed

I think the fuel rail has to be spaced if your engine code is NON-AEB

Can someone take a quick measurement if you have 630cc siemens deka injectors with spacers.

I'm so close to having this car running right.

Yes they require spacers and if I were to guess I would say they were at least 1/2" thick.

Well, I sort of lucked out. The previous owner that put 440cc green top bosch injectors has put on spacers made from plastic. I had to add a shim for the siemens dekka's 630's. Approximately 1mm.

All is well now. Injector install was a breeze, till i started it up and my friend noticed fuel pissing out of my fuel rail valve. Make sure you put a cap back on there. My car came without the cap and so the rail got fubared.

Luckily I have a parts motor and swapped the rail last night.
