    Driveshaft CV boot

    Anyone know of a rebuild kit?

    For whatever reason my boot is ripped and I would def love to spare the cost of sending it for a rebuild / buying a new one.

    My boot is ripped on the tranny side boot.

    you probably have to replace the joint. i got mine from partstrain.com

    Unfortunately no boot, which is what I only need, all I need is to regrease the bitch and put a boot / new clamp on.

    just go to napa or where ever you go, they will have them for you with the grease and the clamps.
    to get the shaft off the tranny you will need a triple sqaure bit. i think its an 8mm 12point bit.....

    Nah it's 6mm allen head bolts... I took it off

    Mine are the tripple square, but the replacements i got with the new axle are allen... just a heads up!

    But thats too damn expensive, they also do sell the joints, with only in pairs which are 275.. I can still get another driveshaft for that.

    Still looking for other sources.
