About how much the new S4 going for.. $55,000 to $58,000? Also, do you think it worth the wait for the new S4.. is it going to be hard to find once it release just like the S5 or there going to be lot more production for the S4?

Idk if I should really wait... or just get the 2.0t or 3.2?

Depends on what you want. You will probably be able to get to the stock HP of an S4 with bolt on mods. The other question is whether you want to enjoy the car for 18 months between now and the time the S4 shows up and is widely available. For me I would buy a used RS4 and wait for the new S4.

i think the s4 will be priced less than that to be competitive with its competitors.
*edit* probably late 40k, early 50k
as for a 2.0 or a 3.2, it really depends. some people like the feel and sound of the bigger 3.2 while some choose the 2.0 because thats all they need.

But the a fully loaded 2.0t and 3.2 go around 45k to 50k. If I can get close to a fully loaded S4 less than 55k, i would be very happy... I want to have navigation, keyless entry, and B&O sound system.

Do you actually think that a fully loaded S4 will only be $5k more than the 3.2? Don't think so.

if the choice was c63/m3/s4, i'd say don't wait, but if you're considering the 2.0t/3.2 hell yes wait.

I would think so. A fully optioned S5 is about $10k US more than a fully optioned A4 3.2 S-Line, and I suspect that the new S4 will be in the same price range as the S5.

Of course! you are listing two cars of a higher level that the S4. More accurately what if the choice was 335i/s4. Or c63/m3/rs4 if you like.

I currently have B7 and I am definitely waiting for the S4. The B8 A4 is a sweet car, no question, but I have a feeling the S4 is going to be a class leader.

Looking to purchase a euro car that I can learn to work on, and eventually take to the track for recreation days. What is a good car to start with?

    X2

Or just go and get yourself a new S4. I've seen some Ibis white MT S4 avants locally.

The power is going to be relatively the same, but the tuning ability will be a huge difference.
