Anyone have success fitting B7 exhaust to a B6 car?

I imagine the exhaust itself just fits without any modifications other than the rear valance. Am I wrong? I love the quad tips and I want the AWE system and don't really care for the round cans the B6 exhaust has.

Yes, its possible. My good friend just did it on his B6. His name on the board is SNAFU4. He had the rear valence modified so he could fit the AWE catback on.

I'm interested in this too, can you double check with him to make sure that is the only part needed to make it fit?

    Pics?

Are you able to swap valances or do you have to modify your current - I'm not sure if the valance can be removed from the bumper...

I'll jump on the bandwagon as well, I know you have to modify the rear valence, but is there anything else involved?

I know that the exhaust system itself will fit. I do not know what is involved with the rear valance.

The modified valence for quad tips on a B6 just doesn't quite look right.

I'd really like to get the Stasis catback, but they only have a system for the B7. I think the mufflers they use have a single pipe out that splits into two for the tips. I wonder if could make it fit by just welding on a new pipe/tip?

Re: Anyone have success fitting B7 exhaust to a B6 car?

been looking at this option for my B6 as well, if I went with the B7 exhaust and had to rectify the valence for a quad tip, LLTEK has a great option (and they'll do "matchpaint" for you too, seems like a pretty good deal IMO):

    hope this helps!
