    Some Headlight questions.

I am thinking of getting Depo's and a 55w kit.

If i do get Depo's what 55w kit should I get H7 or D2S? I was told you can squeeze the D2S in to the Depo's even though they are made for H7's. If I just get a 55w kit and keep my stock headlights can i only get D2S? How much more light would Depo's give than the stock headlisghts?

D2S or H7 which would give off more light or would they be roughly the same? Since D2S bulbs are like $110 wouldn't i be better off with H7 that are $20.

Also how much would a set of used stock bulbs and ballasts go for? Or should i put them to good use in my fogs.

Sorry for all these questions, and thanks in advance. I have searched but am looking for more definitive answers.

If you're getting an HID kit, the bulbs will be more expensive, regardless of them being H7 or D2S. A pair of H7 rebased HID bulb will still cost more than $20. The bulbs you'll get for $20 are regular halogen H7 bulbs that are used as stock in Canadian S4's.

Ok but would it be better to get a 55w D2s kit or 55w H7 kit for the stock headlights? And how much could i expect to get for my old ballasts and bulbs?

If you are getting the depos I would get the h7 hid kit. No reason to get the d2s ones. The h7 ones will give the best output in the depos sine that is what they were designed for

What about if I am getting the 55w kit for the stock headlights? I should just go with the D2S, right.
