car shaking, really rough idle plz help

so last night my car decides to start acting up on me. i searched all kinds of different forums but i guess there are so many different things i just want to narrow down my options here. when the car is cold, it is completely fine. once it gets to operationg temps, the rpms will just move up by themselves and back down, moving anywhere from 500-2500 rpms. i plugged a shitty scan tool into it and it came up with the same code twice, i dont remember the code now but it said something about my idle control system RPM high. when i cleared the codes and started the car, it started shaking left and right really badly. i dont even know where to start with this.
its a manual 07 2.0t with 23k.
any tips or ideas are greatly appreciated

that happened to me once my girlfriend put 87 octane gas in my b6 1.8t

I had a '96 accord that had the engine flooded before. it would do the RPM thing where it would, in idle, rev slightly and drop and continue doing that over and over. I have nothing productive to contribute however.

does anyone know how i could check these things? or should i not even bother and go straight to the stealership.

if its under warranty take it back to them and let them handle it. You could see all theses code with a VAG COM
