changing side mirror

well I need to replace the whole passengerside mirror.
I got the parts patinging today,
question is, is the mirror can be replaced without taking inner door panel off?
I know it's only one bolt holding so taking that off shouldn't be hard, but 2 connector, that is the question if I have to remove the inner door panel to get to or not.....

got it done it was easier taking it off since the one conneter is attached to one of inner frame.

passenger side is dead but driverside is still perfectly working but replaced also anyway, and that I'll put out on classified section.
