    First Dynolicious run

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I finally found some time and a deserted country road when I drove up to S.C. for Christmas. I didn't really do a launch because I was worried about my clutch. My shifting was mediocre, and I backed off a little early because I was worried about a deer crossing. So, with those excuses aside, here's my first Dynolicious run.

    Some of the numbers:

    Elapsed Time:

    60 feet - 3.64 sec @ 26.1 MPH
    1/8 mile - 11.54 sec @ 72.2 MPH
    1/4 mile - 17.04 sec @ 91.5 MPH

    Max Speed - 91.5 MPH
    Max Acceleration - .72 G's
    Peak Horsepower - 242 HP

I have my weight at 3800 pounds, but I was a little loaded down with luggage, so it's probably slightly more. I put drivetrain loss at 25%.

It was pretty fun. I'm just APR Stage 1 with a test pipe and Forge DV.

and a test pipe - that adds a few, right?

Not sure how accurate it is, but I've seen other people say that Dynolicious can be pretty accurate if you put in the right weight and drivetrain loss.

Those are more like K04 numbers. Are you stage1 or 1+? I believe a fully supported stage 1+ comes in around 230hp, that's TP, TIP, Intercooler and full exhaust.

I have dynolicious too and never really paid much attention to the HP figures ,because it's all relative to how well you calibrated it before the run.

Yeah, I don't think anyone will confuse a 12 dollar program for accurate dyno results. Just posting what I got and how I got there. Not saying it's 100% accurate or even 80% accurate.

I guess - the 25% loss is in the profile for my car in the settings.

You're in Charleston? I was in Bowman when I did the Dynolicious run. If you've never heard of Bowman, it's kind of at the intersection of I-95 and I-26.
