Forge SPLT-R Question...

I just recently put in the Forge SPLT-R and my vacuum has changed.. I am still hitting boost normally, but in vacuum where as it used to read @ 20, it now reads @ 15.. Was wondering if this was normal since the splt-r is in the hybrid mode or if its just a vacuum leak somewhere..

Vacuum leak somewhere, I was always at 19 -20 when I was running mine. Make sure all of the clamps are tight. Also did you replace the old vacuum lines with new ones ?

Check the hose for splits. The valve itself won't affect your vacuum unless it has an internal leak, i.e. bad o-ring or diaphram.

Mine holds the same as the stock. Did you have a dv on there before? If so, maybe try to cap it and take the splitter to dv or stealth mode. This should act the same as what you had before. If you still have the problems then it is probably a loose fitting or leak somewhere instead of something having to do with the valve itself.

chicks dig the whoosh. They can care less for clear corners.
