not sure if this is in the incorrect place but I was unable to find an audio/video place on this forum.... If it gets moved... hope i find it.

For those people who have installed an aftermarket Nav system in their B6 i have a couple questions....

Where did you mount the GPS antenna?

Is it possible to wire it into the shark fin on the back of my roof?

When mounted, is there enough support to hold the radio firmly? Does the back of the radio rest on something? Any recommendation? if not? Thanks in advance.

Even though i already purchased the unit, is there anyone that has a picture of a 2 din radio mounted in a B6? A kenwood unit preferably. Thanks!

    Re: Aftermarket Nav Install

I had my GPS and Satellite antenna mounted on the back deck. I looked into having it put into the shark fin, but it was more involved than I wanted to get because of the headliner.
