I have the stock sport suspension and lately ive been noticing that it is bouncing significantly at freeway speeds over expansion joints. Anyone else having this problem? Sometime i feel like im bouncing out of my seat.

how many miles are on your car?

i have a problem with this too, but i only have about 28k miles. i really don't like the stock sport suspension. dampening is fine, rebound is terrible.

coilovers are on their way pretty soon for me, along with an RS4 rear swaybar.

I have noticed this but it's not really bad unless it is very cold outside. All cars ride different in cold temps.

yeah, the rebound is absolutely horrible or it could be my shocks are done at 31k miles which doesnt make much sense.

I'm having the same issue along with squeaking/creaking noise. Is this suspension related? Or is it due to the cold weather? I'm non sline, with stock suspension (4x4 as everyone calls it).. thanks in advance..

Ditto. This combination provides ~1.5" lowering from stock (which is ~.5" lower than Audi sport) with a big improvement in handling AND comfort.

The bounciness you feel is likely the internal stock-shock seals losing their effectiveness and amplified by colder temperatures buckling the road surface.

The Koni FSD are automatically reactive to road conditions and will firm up immediately if you throw the car hard into a turn yet still give for large tire-hop types of bumps which keeps the tire planted...perfect for street performance.

The Eibach Pro (progressive) springs lower your car but, due to the progressive nature, increase the spring rate the more your car is loaded down (i.e passengers or hard turns) yet the initial rate of their travel is light enough to soften the jolts of even the most jarring railroad crossing or expansion joint.

Good info man, thanks! Nice to see a suspension post that isn't the typical knee-jerk "coilovers" comment.
