have the rears done and will do the fronts on saturday. dropping the subframe was the key! passenger side took way too long but the driver side was about 45 minutes. can't wait to see how it handles after taking off my blizzaks.

Re: stasis touring half way done...

ya it sucks to ratchet those spring compressors hopefully the fronts go a little more smoothly...and i think stasis rocks but i have to wait and see how the setup goes. i think it will be a great comprise for a daily driver.

it won't look too good with the winter setup but in the spring it should be sick! have to setup an alignment and corner balance.

Please explain how you are going to corner balance a spring & damper setup? To corner balance you need adjustable ride height and adjustable sway links on this chasis.

Here is a pic of the STaSIS Touring suspension.

Re: stasis touring half way done...

i will look into it. i was informed i should be done to make the car feel and perform better. i've always stated i am not an expert. starting the front in a bit...just hope the movies hold over my daughter since that was a big time killer installing the rears...

ps - when you hear a metal on metal sound when breaking, like i did, make sure your buddy puts the pad on the correct way. it was reversed and luckily on the inside

you can still corner balance by adding weights where necessary

Hope you changed out the subframe bolts.
They're one time use and should be replaced everytime they're removed.
Those sure look just look like Vogtland springs and KONI shocks.

As long as the bolts will torque properly they'll be fine. I still run the original head bolts on my fully built motor, 100k and still rockin.

    35r and REVO...what?
